What: A three-day expo of food, wine and beer with vendors, sampling, live entertainment, seminars, autograph sessions and cooking demonstrations on several stages:
• Main Kitchen Stage (spotlighting nationally known star chefs).
• Culinary Celebration Stage (regional experts).
• Taste of the Neighborhood Stage (Northeast Ohio chefs and teachers).
• Grand Tasting Pavilion (wine, beer and spirits professionals).
• Sweet Street Stage (professional cake designers and confectioners).
When: 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
